My kind of music

I love music. I listen to music every day at least for an hour. I love those songs that describe my feelings. When I’m sad I usually listen to Volbeat or 3 Doors down, and when I’m angry I listen to Green day or Rammstein. Of course I listen sometimes ‘party-music’, like Pitbull, Simple plan or R.I.O. My favorite band is Kls. It’s a Finnish gospel band. Kls have made songs in English, with another name, Ablaze us.

The song is about a man who has left his girlfriend. He apologizes and says that he is sorry and ashamed.
My ex-boyfriend told me about the song, and the lyrics were awesome.. I fell in love with the song, and now I listen to it all the time.

My kind of music

I like to listen to Finnish music for example Kaija Koo, Lauri Tähkä and Jannika B because I like their songs’ melodies and lyrics. I don’t know which genre my favorite music belongs to. I think it’s maybe pop, but I’m not sure. Usually I listen to music from the radio and the channel is often Suomipop. In Some songs the melody or rhythm are important, but usually the lyrics are the most important. I don’t understand English song lyrics, and that’s why I listen to Finnish music. Touching lyrics and melodies make a song good. I play the piano sometimes, but I don’t play it very well. Music is important to me because it makes me happy if I am very sad and anyway it makes me feel good.

The song tells about a girl who wants a boy for herself because she knows that the boy’s current girlfriend isn’t good for him. The song is sad at first but in the end the boy’s realizes that the girl is the one that he wants. I chose this song because I like its lyrics and melody, and I heard this song when I met my far away living friends for the first time.

I love music.  My favourite genre of music is heavy metal and some of its subgenres like thrash metal. However, I sometimes listen to other genres. I listen to Megadeth, Slayer, Lamb of God and Anthrax. In my opinion the most important part in song are the instruments. I do like vocals, but I prefer instruments. The melody has to be good too. Music is important to me. I sometimes play a guitar. If a song is really good it makes me feel better. It cheers me up when having a bad day.

I really like this song. The song is about soldiers in the army. The song is honoring soldiers. It tells about American troops fighting a war. Five Finger Death Punch frequently honors the troops. The band has traveled to Iraq with the American troops and they played 10 shows for them. It’s actually quite surprising, considering that none of the members of Five Finger Death Punch served in any branch of the army (at least according to the internet). Not in Navy SEALs and not in the basic army.

My kind of music

I’m not so much in to music. But when I do listen, I listen to rock. I listen music when I’m working or training. Music doesn’t mean so much to me. I can live without it. I don’t have any favorite bands. But I could say that I like Led Zeppelin. I like especially ¨¨Road to Kashmir¨¨. It sticks to my head for 100% sure, and then it plays in my head the following days.  I rarely listen to music when I’m on a computer. I usually listen to it from radio. I don’t play any instruments, because I’m very bad at playing any kind of instrument.  I think music is a tool which helps you when you want to do something relaxing and with no hurry or a thing that keeps me going if I’m training.

Kashmir tells about a road which goes on and on. I think these lyrics are pretty nice. I prefer the song’s melody and its rhythm. The song is about 8 minutes long. This song can play in the background when you do your homework, etc.

My kind of music

I listen to music very often. When I do homework, run, training and always before I go to sleep. I listen to many kind of music for example pop, rock and hip-hop, but my favorite genre is pop. I listen to bands, which are from America for example Survivor. I also like German bands example Ramstein. I think the melody is more important than lyrics. I like the music, which is fast and the singer is good. I don`t play any instruments myself, because I am very bad with music instruments.

 

 

I picked Survivor: Eye of the tiger. It tells about, how you can believe yourself. This song`s melody is very good.

My kind of music

I like rap/hip-hop music. I don´t listen any of heavy or metal music, because I don´t like the way they are singing. I listen music sometimes, not regularly. Music must have much bass. My favorite artist is Cashis, because I like his songs. I  don´t play any instruments. Music is important to me, because I like music. I listen to music always I am bored, usually from my phone. I listen to music especially on summer. On summer you can listen music outside. Summer is the best season, but on the winter the music is cheering me up. I listen to music everywhere in car, on the cottage, in de bus and all places I can do that. Music is relaxing me and cheering up on the same time.

The song is about a man who´s a liar, and has lost his girlfriend for that reason. Man want´s girlfriend back. He tells she that if she´s leaving again he ties she in a bed and set the house on fire.

My kind of music

I like to listen to all kinds of music. I don’t have a certain music type I like listen, I like almost everything. Only types of music I don’t like to listen is heavy metal and classical music. I don’t really have a favorite genre, it always depends of the song. I listen to a lot of radio on my free time and on school trips. I listen to YleX (Finnish radio station) because I like the music it plays. It plays fresh and new music. Listening to new music is refreshing compared to old 80’s music that you hear all the time everywhere. I don’t mean that the 80’s music is bad, but I have heard so much of it, that I like new music better.

                 I think that the melody and the rhythm is more important than the lyrics. Or it depends. If the song is for example love song, lyrics are important too. But I like to listen to music that has a good melody and rhythm.

                 I don’t play any instrument myself. I like music, not producing it. I haven’t played any instrument with the exception of flute that we had to play on primary school. So I don’t have a special ‘’bond’’ to music.

In my opinion lyrics are about a band, that is coming back from the world tour. The world tour started in California and they are coming back for one more gig. They are listening to their own songs on the stereo on the way back.
