My kind of music

I like to listen to all kinds of music. I don’t have a certain music type I like listen, I like almost everything. Only types of music I don’t like to listen is heavy metal and classical music. I don’t really have a favorite genre, it always depends of the song. I listen to a lot of radio on my free time and on school trips. I listen to YleX (Finnish radio station) because I like the music it plays. It plays fresh and new music. Listening to new music is refreshing compared to old 80’s music that you hear all the time everywhere. I don’t mean that the 80’s music is bad, but I have heard so much of it, that I like new music better.

                 I think that the melody and the rhythm is more important than the lyrics. Or it depends. If the song is for example love song, lyrics are important too. But I like to listen to music that has a good melody and rhythm.

                 I don’t play any instrument myself. I like music, not producing it. I haven’t played any instrument with the exception of flute that we had to play on primary school. So I don’t have a special ‘’bond’’ to music.

In my opinion lyrics are about a band, that is coming back from the world tour. The world tour started in California and they are coming back for one more gig. They are listening to their own songs on the stereo on the way back.
